In addition to the Theses Canada Licensing Agreement, Yorkville University requires that students complete a YU Submissions Details form to ensure consent for the university to submit a student thesis to the Theses Canada open-access platform.
There are two options below: 1) You can input information about your thesis and use a digital signature option for your submission, or 2) You can input information about your thesis, print a copy without a digital signature, physically sign the document, scan it, and keep a copy for your submission process.
