My name is Melissa Discola and I'm the Library Technician & Textbook Facilitator for Yorkville University. I help with many aspects of the daily administration of Library Services as well as providing support for Document Delivery, Collections Management, and Textbook related questions as well as teaching library orientation sessions. I also provide support in-person for the Ontario campus.

Here are some ways that I can provide you with support:

• Answer your questions about textbooks (library vs bookstore eBooks)
• On-campus reference support at Ontario Campus.
• Help with Document Delivery requests

• Friday 9:00 AM - 12 PM (EST)
