What are the Creative Arts?

The Creative Arts refer to a broad range of artistic disciplines that involve the use of imagination, skill, and creativity to produce expressive and aesthetic works. These may include visual arts (e.g., painting, sculpture), performing arts (e.g., music, dance, theater, film), and literary arts (e.g., writing, poetry), as well as newer digital and multimedia forms. Creative arts are a means of self-expression, communication, and cultural enrichment, often serving to inspire, entertain, or provoke emotions and thoughts in the audience or participants.
